TESTIMONIAL – January 2009

First I would like to say that I am very pleased with the whole process of opening my dollar store. Diego and his crew were at my store to start working exactly when they said they would be. They knew exactly what to do from start to finish. They finished the job even before the promised date and my store was opened a few days before Christmas. Diego and Fred and the crew did a wonderful job in setting up my entire store. They not only put up all the fixtures and stocked all of my merchandise. They also installed a sound system and a surveillance system and supplied us with company shirts, business cards, flyer cards, bags, open signs, and many more things we needed to be ready to open the store. We did a complete walk through when the store was finished to make sure everything was to my approval. Since the start of doing business with Retail Buildouts Diego and his wife, Mariela, have both been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They speak with alot of experience from owning their own dollar store. I would highly recommend Retail Buildouts, Buckstore Inc and their services. They did an excellent job for me.

Dear Diego,

I wanted to thank you for the outstanding job Federico and the crew did on the set up of my store. They even build me 2 custom slatwall sections in front of my display windows according to my specifications. Since this store was small it was a difficult task as the floor space was loaded with inventory cartons, fixtures and slatwall. It did not give them much space to work and they were forced to shuffle things around several times. Everyone in the crew was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I was doing things in the store while they were working and they offered their help any time they thought I might need it without my asking.

Federico is indeed a master at laying out the inventory and making the merchandise look appealing to a customer. I have been in retail for 25 years and fully appreciate his talents in this challenging task. He had many excellent ideas and was also willing to hear my suggestions and considered them in his planning. His retail advice regarding pricing, selling, marketing, and additional retail services I should consider was very helpful and displayed his many years of experience. He is indeed an asset to the success of your company!
